Cancellation Policy
MINI SESSIONS In case of a cancellation at the client's request, the client will receive a full refund if they cancel 72 hours before the scheduled session. If the client cancels 48 hours before the scheduled session they will receive a partial refund. Refunds will not be issued to clients who cancel less than 48 hours before their scheduled session. PORTRAIT SESSIONS For regular sessions, the client forfeits the session deposit paid to book their session date. The fee can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules the appointment by calling 72 hours prior to the date of the session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time.
